Anadolu Agency reported gas facilities in Saudi Arabia's Jubail Industrial City were targeted in an attack. Middle East Spectator said the attack was likely carried out by the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, a network of Iran-aligned factions. Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has appointed IRGC Maj. Gen. Mohsen Rezaei as secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, according to Middle East Spectator.
