Israel has begun airstrikes across multiple locations in southern Lebanon following the exchange of fire across the border. The IDF spokesperson confirmed the operation targeting areas from which launches originated.

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) confirmed that a number of launches were detected crossing from Lebanese territory into Israeli territory near the Shtula area. The Air Force intercepted the projectiles. Hezbollah has claimed responsibility for the firing, marking the sixth such claim in one day.
