Intel Slava said Ukrainian drones targeted Russia's Kapotnya Oil Refinery in Moscow and that the complex caught fire. Separately, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin was quoted saying multiple Ukrainian drones were shot down over the capital overnight. The refinery damage claim has not been independently verified in this update.

Poland's Operational Command said it launched military flights and put ground-based air defence and radar systems on highest readiness as Russian jet-powered drones struck Ukraine. A follow-up said the brief operation ended with no airspace violation and that forces remained on alert. Al Jazeera cited the command's statements on X.

Kharkiv Governor Oleh Syniehubov said Russian attacks across 14 settlements killed five people and injured 15. Kherson Governor Oleksandr Prokudin reported three killed and five injured across 25 communities. Russia's Defence Ministry separately claimed Geran-4 drones hit a Ukrainian dry cargo ship bound for Odesa and a tanker in Odesa port, saying both carried military supplies. Al Jazeera reported the claims.

Ukraine's Air Force said Russia launched 174 drones from Russia and occupied Crimea plus two Zircon antiship missiles from Kursk region overnight. It said air defences intercepted or jammed 141 targets and that the Zircon missiles did not reach their aims. Al Jazeera reported the figures from the Air Force Telegram statement.
