Military Summary, citing Reuters and other media, said a trilateral Ukraine-Russia-US meeting was expected in the United States. BBC separately reported Russian presidential envoy Kirill Dmitriev was heading to the US to meet Trump administration officials including Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner. Zelensky said Witkoff and Kushner expressed optimism after their earlier meeting with Putin.

The Russian Defence Ministry said air defences shot down 592 Ukrainian UAVs overnight over Russian regions and the Black Sea. Local and channel reports cited damage or attacks in Ulyanovsk, Voronezh, Perm and Rostov, including claims of an oil-refinery hit in Perm and injuries in Ulyanovsk. Independent confirmation of individual industrial targets remains limited.

Ukraine's state emergency service said six people were killed and 12 injured in a Russian strike on a farm in Stara Hnylytsia, Kharkiv region. Officials said the victims were agricultural workers sorting vegetables, including four women.

Polish Deputy Prime Minister Krzysztof Gawkowski said a fire at a state-owned Starlink satellite station in Masovian Voivodeship was a deliberate act of sabotage designed to disrupt internet traffic used by institutions including the Ukrainian army. The station remained operational. The Kremlin has not commented. Denmark separately warned of a rising risk of Russian hybrid pressure on NATO states.
