Ukrainian reporting cited by Military Summary said more than 70 Geran drones and about 20 missiles, including Iskander, Oniks, Tsirkon and Kh-31P types, struck the Odesa region over roughly two hours. The Russian Defence Ministry said targets included port and fuel infrastructure in Odesa and Chornomorsk, plus fuel storage near Bilyary. DTEK reported serious energy damage and water disruptions in Odesa; road links near Mayaky toward Moldova border crossings were partly disrupted.

The Russian Defence Ministry said air defences shot down 153 Ukrainian UAVs over Russian regions overnight. Local reporting relayed by Military Summary said 13 people, including two children, were injured in Belgorod, with damage to apartment blocks, an administrative building and commercial sites, and two cars set on fire. Independent confirmation of casualty figures was not immediately available.

According to Bloomberg, as reported by Intel Slava, Ukraine has agreed under US pressure to refrain from striking Caspian Pipeline Consortium facilities in Novorossiysk and non-Russian vessels heading to the terminal if they are not under Ukrainian sanctions and not carrying Russian cargo. The CPC ships Kazakh oil to the Black Sea. Contact points for shippers were said to have been set up for safe passage.

Russian channels reported drone strikes against an oil refinery in Nizhnekamsk, Tatarstan. The Russian Defence Ministry said air defences shot down 456 Ukrainian UAVs overnight over Russian regions, according to Military Summary.
