Large Russian drone and missile strike hits Odesa region ports and energy grid

Ukrainian reporting cited by Military Summary said more than 70 Geran drones and about 20 missiles, including Iskander, Oniks, Tsirkon and Kh-31P types, struck the Odesa region over roughly two hours. The Russian Defence Ministry said targets included port and fuel infrastructure in Odesa and Chornomorsk, plus fuel storage near Bilyary. DTEK reported serious energy damage and water disruptions in Odesa; road links near Mayaky toward Moldova border crossings were partly disrupted.

Turkey urges Russia and Ukraine to pause strikes on energy sites and Black Sea shipping

Bloomberg: Ukraine agrees under US pressure to spare CPC oil terminal at Novorossiysk

According to Bloomberg, as reported by Intel Slava, Ukraine has agreed under US pressure to refrain from striking Caspian Pipeline Consortium facilities in Novorossiysk and non-Russian vessels heading to the terminal if they are not under Ukrainian sanctions and not carrying Russian cargo.
